I purchased a Kardia Mobile, but it was too sensitive for me and repeatedly gave “No Reading” results. I contacted AliveCor three times by email and also used their online chat to arrange a return, but received no response. Very disappointing customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the product or the after-sales support.
Device quit "sharing" results so I had NO WAY to share with my MD. WON'T BE SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY ON THIS COMPANY'S DEVICES IR SERVICES.
Would give a zero. Ad was for 69 but was charged 99.99 and NEVER RECEIVED THE DEVICE BUT WAS CHARGED. AFTER A MONTH DISPUTING CHARGES ....BUYER'S BEWARE
