Just joined this gym while temporarily living in Crosby for 2 months and I’m so happy I found it! There’s a really good number of classes so I can work it around my chaotic schedule. I felt comfortable taking it easy for my first time back in the gym after over 4 months, in other gyms I’ve felt instructors try push everyone to go really hard which can feel embarrassing that I’m being lazy and can also trigger my chronic illness but that wasn’t the case at all here which I appreciate ☺️ I can tell it’s such a lovely community... read more
