Great variety of classes from cycling to strength, Pilates and barre and all of the instructors are very welcoming!
I attended my first cycling class here at Alive and had a wonderful experience. The instructor (Emily) helped me setup my bike, get the right size of shoe, showed us how to buckle our feet into place, and explained the different movements before starting. The class had fun music and upper body movements to bike to. The pacing of the class was very well done with a mix of sprints, climbs, core movements, cool downs, and weight lifting. I love this place so much, I can’t even say. The owner is the sweetest person alive and the workouts, classes, and community are truly first class. There’s nothing like this in Idaho.
