Gym doesn't enforce restrictions on group classes from taking over entire workout areas all at once. Recently in Mondays a group of a dozen plus take over large areas all at once - no one else can use the turf, trx, kettlebells, or any other area a large group takes over. Letting a group take over at 4pm on Monday is inconsidetate to everyone else, especially since there is no class schedule showing this.

Have been going to this gym for at least two years. It’s advertised as 24/7. I recently came around 1:30am with a friend who has a membership with unlimited guest passes and another friend who wanted to use a guest pass. The staff member (I believe his name is David?) was not at the front desk. Myself and my friend who was a member scanned ourselves in. When they went to try and go into the locker room to change, the staff member blocked them from entering the locker room because he had just mopped… effectively keeping them ... read more

From my very first visit to ALIVE, I was blown away by how professional the staff is and how clean everything stays—equipment, bathrooms, all of it. It makes working out feel way more enjoyable. Since joining, I’ve gotten to know Mycaila, Noah, and Nathaniel, and they’ve all been incredible. They always go out of their way to make each visit fun, welcoming, and just overall a great experience. If you’re looking for a gym that’s clean, friendly, and genuinely cares about its members, ALIVE is the place. Highly recommend!
