Have been going to this gym for at least two years. It’s advertised as 24/7. I recently came around 1:30am with a friend who has a membership with unlimited guest passes and another friend who wanted to use a guest pass. The staff member (I believe his name is David?) was not at the front desk. Myself and my friend who was a member scanned ourselves in. From my very first visit to ALIVE, I was blown away by how professional the staff is and how clean everything stays—equipment, bathrooms, all of it. It makes working out feel way more enjoyable. Since joining, I’ve gotten to know Mycaila, Noah, and Nathaniel, and they’ve all been incredible. They always go out of their way to make each visit fun, welcoming, and just overall a great experience. If you’re looking for a gym that’s clean, friendly, and genuinely cares about its members, ALIVE is the place. Highly recommend!

Excellent gym. Always clean. Not too busy. Always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. Shout out to Nathaniel for always being a smiling face at the front desk.

Been coming to ALIVE for 6 months now and love it. 24 hour access, staff is always extremely friendly, and gym is very clean. There is just enough space for everyone to be able to work, and equipment is more than enough for me. From machines to free weights to a whole studio for lower weights, jump roping, mats, treadmills, peletons, etc. this place has it all. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
