I loved this! Anything hands-on is always a plus, and how Ler� explained why the different components of the meal worked for regulating blood sugar really made it all come together. She's so down to earth and wants to walk the road with you, not just talk at you like how so many professionals unfortunately do today. I definitely plan to try out some of the recipes in her cookbook and will be looking for more opportunities to cook with her again.

Since I first met Lere many years ago, I have always known she is an amazing person. She is truly passionate about helping people understand how to take care of their bodies. She serves delicious food, sharing the recipes and providing information about self care such as eliminating stress, getting proper rest and avoiding harmful foods and chemicals. What a wonderful experience! Lere is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to healthy eating. Each time I go, I learn something new. The food she prepares is absolutely delicious!! I consider it to be gourmet vegetarian cuisine! The flavors are wonderful! The best part: Lere is loving and kind! She is friendly and welcoming! You will feel right at home!
