Was supposed to come out on 2 different days for an estimate and never showed up. Told me he would contact me at the beginning of the week to set up an appointment since he missed the 2 and never heard back from him.
Spoke with tech and they agreed to remove a tree for me. Set up a schedule date for yesterday (9/15) Called multiple times to confirm as well as an email with no answer. Called provider for follow up today (9/16), never went to complete work, said I never called yesterday and doesn't communicate over email (but emailed me multiple times) then called me a M***rf****r and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE! STAY AWAY!!
