Got service denied! All because they couldn’t verify information with my insurance!
The lady that acted the phone tried to diagnose me over the phone which medical advice is not supposed to be given over the phone abs she hung up after I decided and explained this clinic was not for me. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I give 5 stars to Howard been seeing him for 19 years but the lady that tried to schedule me is freaking RUDE. Had attitude and just off.
