I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My aunt rented a cart under her name for my cousins and I to use for one day. We drove the cart maybe 4 or 5 different times MAX. We received the cart at 100% and returned it at around 80%. We forgot the charger to the cart at home so my cousin and I waited in the parking lot for about 10-15 minutes to return the cart while her boyfriend brought the charger from our airbnb. This is a scam. We turned in a vehicle and then after calling back to reconfirm everything was ok we were informed that there was damage to the vehicle. They decided to do an inspection 3 hours after turning in the vehicle and had no valid proof that we caused damage to the vehicle and proceeded to wrongfully charge in damage we did not cause. The allegations were not aligning and once asking more questions to further investigate she had changed information further invalidating the accusations she had.
They tried to say that my friends and I damaged the cart, but we didn't after turning it in 3 hours later.
Lovely customer service, Bilingual and so helpful, definitely helped accommodate us and had the best prices in town!
Little pricey but way better way to get around the island
