Every year I visit the island, I rent from this company. The vehicles are very clean, and the service and pricing are excellent. I stayed for a week; I rented a golf cart for four days, and on the last day, a MOKE. Honestly, it was an excellent experience—I highly recommend them.
We rented golf cart and had issues with it called the number on cart. They sent our trailer with another to swap out. It was only 7 minutes to get the different cart. I would highly recommend Tarpon for cart rental. We will rent from them again next year.
We were so excited about our cart. Unfortunately, we paid extra to extend the rental through Sunday night but the cart died before we got to our extended time. They did not answer any of the phone numbers they provided to us, and the after hours number and taxi service they provided went to voicemail. After over an hour of trying to reach them, we left the cart on the beach and had to walk the 2 miles back to our hotel.
