Alister Falls Church is a great place to live. The staff is amazing and we appreciate all of the extra effort they have put into holiday events and decorations for their residents. 5 stars! Saidu and Delonte have been doing a great job keeping the Alister apartments safe during winter time. Really appreciate all the hard work they are doing by keeping the sidewalks clean and putting salt down. A nice place to live, well-maintained, with access to good food, stores, and outdoors walking options. Cindy Yu will answer all your questions; she’s precious, and was a huge help to me as I signed my lease and moved in.
We’ve been residents for 2 months now and have loved it! Cindy at the front office has been so helpful with all of our requests and the maintenance has been super responsive. It’s a good price point for an updated space and for it to be so close to 66, 495, and Tyson’s Corner. We’re glad we picked this community!
This place is awful I have mold forming all over my house. They just paint over anything and their workers are lazy, we showed them the mold he brushed it of the shoulder as if it was normal, and never came back to fix it. Don’t waste ur time here and go somewhere will they will value their residents.
We spent the past year living in a 2 bed apartment at Allister Falls Church. Overall, it was a good experience. I wanted to spell out some of our thoughts for those considering the complex. 1. The apartment itself was nice enough. Nothing super fancy but met our needs. Our unit was clean and everything functioned. 2. We only ever needed to contact maintenance once and it was just to replace a missing closet hanging rod. They were prompt to address the issue. 3.
