I attend the practice for several treatments and on each occasion I found the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr Patel who made sure I understood everything that was going on and explained everything clearly, putting me at ease
The dentist Mr. Morgan himself is rude and with no a gram of emotional intelligence. Their system is cold and unfriendly which results in lack of communication and an excessively efficient mode that end up being complete inefficient and disconnected.
