I have NEVER had a massage experience so good. I have several medical conditions and Edlin was knowledgeable about all of them. She asked questions to better educate herself for future clients and to tailor my experience....and then she gave me education and tips. No one has been able to give such knowledgeable feedback and helpful/ informed tips. I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Edlin! Thank you for actually listening to me and tailoring my massage to my needs. ❤️

Great place. Clean & staff is very helpful. I use the sauna/ cold plunge here frequently. Always a pleasure!

I understand why businesses have policies around no-shows and rescheduling; that’s not the issue. The issue is the complete lack of communication. I received a Groupon as a gift and had to reschedule twice (once due to work, once after missing the appointment). When I spoke directly with the therapist about rescheduling, at no point was I told that my Groupon had already been redeemed or that I would be expected to pay full price for the next session. The staff at A List Fitness are wonderful- knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent at what they specialize in.
