I was referred to Dr Swearingen by my primary physician due xray showing some abdominal issues that might need surgery. I was able to get right in to see her and found her to be very personable, patient and had a wonderful calming effect on me. She explained in detail what was shown on xray and what she thought could be the problem. She immediately scheduled me for another procedure that would show better picture of the issues. Best surgical experience ever. From the pre-op nurse to Andrea and Angel who got me in my room and comfortable to my anesthesiologist and team made for a seamless surgery that Dr Swearingen performed patching 3 hernias. Pre op instructions, discharge instructions perfectly clear. Fantastic bedside from everyone involved. Highly recommend for your general surgery needs. Thank you.
