Left crying. Waited for months. Had an appointment just to be told that my insurance is not accepted, which should've been said the day I made the appointment. What a waste of time and waste of a slot/space you could've filled my appointment with/for someone else. Was denied being able to pay out of pocket which makes absolutely no sense. I am pregnant. I can’t thank enough my amazing Dr Alissa Kaye, she delivered my baby Monday I had the best c section I could ask for. I love Dr Kaye, she is very friendly, make you always feel you comfortable and are team is amazing . If you are looking for a gynecology please choose Dr Kaye cause she is definitely the best .
Very incompetent. Made me send all my documents for OB transfer only to tell me there is no availability. No apologies was given, not even a simple sorry.
I was until today a patient with Dr. Kay for 16 years and a very happy patient until today her office used intimidation and bullying tactics on me in her office in front of other patients. The office staff refused to even let me speak to my dr and called some amazon woman who held onto the door and blocked the entrance I felt trapped and scared by this woman while the office staff watched no one batted an eye so this is clearly something they must do alot.
