I love the fact that you can make an appointment on line or when you call they answer quickly and are friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. The ease to get in to see a doctor no matter if it is for an annual physical or a a sick appointment is refreshing!
My husband goes to this doctor and has been trying to get in for an appointment for 2 weeks. Can not make appoints on line and the receptionist never calls back to schedule. It's very discouraging to need help from a doctor and not feel like they take your health seriously. It's not a good practice. I would save a lot of time and not waste your efforts. There are many many doctors out there that take their patients well being seriously. She does not.
They are unorganized and made too many mistakes with my appointment. Save your time and health and go somewhere else.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ballard for a few years and have been very happy with my experience.
