Great food, great service. A must go
Things that I liked very much: the crab cakes, the trout, the service and the music in the background. Things I didn't care for: the chicken pot pie, the way the green beans were done.
Advertised to be a southern food restaurant, we were looking for some good southern fried chicken close to home- just didn't want the mess at home:) The meal started out with thse wonderful yeast rolls with melted garlic butter and cheese sprinkled on top, they were yummy! We ordered the fried chicken and were very disappointed. In the south fired chicken means on the bone, skin on chicken! This is one of my favorite places in all of Atlanta. The owner, Alison, is there every day, and she and her staff go out of their way to make people comfortable and well fed. They have 2 flat screens at the bar, and lots of seating area. The meals are outstanding...seriously.
