Dr. Cape has been a part of my pregnancy journey for over 3 years now and I feel completely comfortable in her care. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor!
Dr Cape was amazing! So kind and patient during my first pregnancy.
Dr Cape is a great Dr. But unfortunately you can never get anyone on the phone!! Whether you’re scheduling an appointment or trying to talk to a nurse you better expect to be on hold for at least an hour before even getting someone on the phone. If you want to speak to someone urgently this is not the office for that. It’s beyond ridiculous. You might as well just go to the ER because at least you’ll actually get to talk to someone there.
Dr. Cape is an amazing doctor. She looks outside of the box where normal gyn or mfm normally look. Unfortunately, dealing with the Caremount medical office is a disaster. The woman who schedules appts when you walk out or call up always gives you the feeling you are bothering her...the ultrasound tech never gives you any information during essential scans as well as being very short and cold about the whole thing (NT or Anatomy) its like pulling teeth to get any information.
