Very thorough and listens. I have been seeing her since her office opened and will continue.
Very unprofessional. Dr. does not examine you. Staff is rude. Never had such a negative experience. As an elderly person will look elsewhere for quality care.
This place has been going downhill for months. Sending bills to collections without trying to contact you first. Can never get a hold of someone. Appointments are always weeks to months out. And today I showed up for an appointment I’ve had scheduled for weeks and they tell me they tried to call and leave a voicemail about rescheduling, but that’s not true. I am just extremely baffled by this practice. I was diagnosed with a very devastating fertility threatening condition over the phone. Then I was denied appointments after I disclosed I was having huge issues with the medication prescribed for said condition. I sought other medical opinions and was told the diagnosis given by Tucker was absolutely wrong and there is no way she could’ve even given such a diagnosis with only blood work. This clinic has potential bc of the doctor but until they can get a decent staff I would not recommend. They are consistently overwhelming, rude, and make a lot of mistakes. After screwing up my appointment (again) I was blamed for the problem then left on hold for 45 minutes and told I was being dropped as patient asking with my 2 and 4 year old.
