Before I went to see Alison last week, the only experience I had with hypnosis was as a stage show. I had basically no understanding of how hypnotherapy works, so I was a bit nervous going in. A very calm, nonjudgmental person, she takes a well-rounded approach that addresses not only the issue you're seeing her for, but other contributing factors to give you the best possible chance at success. She's very thorough, and I appreciated that she was willing to review each session at the end.
