Dr. Alison Rooney was kind and attentive during my elderly mother Balzhit’s hearing test. She patiently answered all of her questions. Hearing tests are very stressful. Alison clearly explained all of the options and potential problems, and detailed the results. She also went out of her way to get her hearing aids adjusted without a second appointment! Very responsive and attentive. Highly recommended!
