Massage was just OK, I was glad that she took Kaiser but when I tried to set up more appointments, I was told that I had not establish myself as a regular client, and they would not be able to see me again. I was under the impression in order to establish myself as a regular client I would have to go back for more appointments. It was also odd to me that I was told I couldn’t schedule After 3 o’clock, even if there were open appointments because those were saved for special guests. Would not recommend!
I've received four treatments over the course of four months. Leading up to my initial visit, my low back pain and stiffness had become debilitating. Alison's work was immediately relieving and has been quality of life changing. I love that her business accepts my insurance. The only complaint I have is that I enjoy talking with her so much that I think I distracted her last session! ... and that I live too far away.
