I felt comfortable, respected, and well cared for during my visit. The provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer all my questions. The staff was friendly and the entire experience was smooth and professional. I felt like family.
The overall appointment was great! Doctor very knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. The only reason for 4 stars was the nurse that checked me into Dr Parker. She kept asking the same questions back to back as if she did not believe my response or understand what I conveyed to her and when I advised I had to use the restroom before we even started, as a pregnant woman, it was more important to her to complete her questionnaire before I was "allowed" to go.
I recently had a routine exam with Dr. Parker, and I’m incredibly grateful for her care. As someone new to the area, I’ve been struggling with ongoing pain for years. In the past, other doctors dismissed it as a pre-existing issue and did nothing about it, so I barely mentioned it this time. During the visit, I brought it up only briefly.
