Dr Parker was the only person that showed any compassion. The office assistants were horrible and the technician or nurse who walked me to the room and checked me in was hateful. I waited over an hour to be seen and it was a waste of my time. I was told to bring my x rays in and then when i did that they said they had no way of reading it. Horrible service but Dr Parker was as nice as can be it was not on her, everyone else needs to find a new job.
I felt comfortable, respected, and well cared for during my visit. The provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer all my questions. The staff was friendly and the entire experience was smooth and professional. I felt like family.
The overall appointment was great! Doctor very knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. The only reason for 4 stars was the nurse that checked me into Dr Parker. She kept asking the same questions back to back as if she did not believe my response or understand what I conveyed to her and when I advised I had to use the restroom before we even started, as a pregnant woman, it was more important to her to complete her questionnaire before I was "allowed" to go.
