Dr Parker was thorough, friendly and answered all of my questions. I also did not have to wait too long to be seen.
I love Dr. Parker. This was my second time with her and whether she wrote spectacular notes from my first appointment or simply remembered my life details she came in like she’s known me for years. She celebrated my win of finally getting pregnant after 4 years of trying. Met my husband for the first time and remembered details about him. She made me feel great during an anxious time and assured all was great.
Dr Parker was the only person that showed any compassion. The office assistants were horrible and the technician or nurse who walked me to the room and checked me in was hateful. I waited over an hour to be seen and it was a waste of my time. I was told to bring my x rays in and then when i did that they said they had no way of reading it. Horrible service but Dr Parker was as nice as can be it was not on her, everyone else needs to find a new job.
I felt comfortable, respected, and well cared for during my visit. The provider took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer all my questions. The staff was friendly and the entire experience was smooth and professional. I felt like family.
