I just lodged my formal complaint regarding the conduct, professionalism, and competence displayed by Dr. Alison Oakes during my mother’s recent appointment. I accompanied my mother to this visit, and what I personally witnessed was deeply troubling and wholly unacceptable in a clinical setting.
