She was really nice when I had my colonostmy. Came to see me at check in and talked to me afterwards.
It’s beyond comprehension how this doctor still has a license. She is the worst of the worst . 0 manners, 0 professionalism, rude and condescending from the get go.

I went with my 20 year old daughter after we had been referred by her general doc. Dr. Oakes was the most condescending, unkind, and judgmental doctor I have ever been to, or taken my family to see. We obviously were referred for a reason, and she did not care to hear it. I thought I was just being sensitive, but the moment she stepped out of the room, my daughter expressed the same concerns.
