Today was my first time going to Dr Mattern .I felt comfortable checking in, the ladies at the front desk seemed really kind. Appointment wait was good timed. I like Dr Alison she has good bedside manner, listens to my concerns, answers anything I have to ask . She made what was at first a awkward experience since it's been a long while since I had a exam to just something that really wasn't a big deal after all so understanding 😃 I do recommend
