Doctor Mackinlay was amazing. There was a discrepancy in my medication from a previous doctor. She took the time to set up another appointment to talk with me about it and finally got the issue resolved. Sally in the call center however, was extremely rude. I suggest listening to our recorded conversation and ask yourself if that’s how you would want to be treated by a new doctors office.
