Update: Dr Meyer himself reached out to us to hear our concerns and work with us to get our dog the medication she needs. But, as I put in my original review, the vets themselves are amazing. Dr. Meyer said that he would write the prescription and we could come pick it up the next day. When my husband went to pick it up, the front desk staff **still** refused to give it to us telling my husband that the vet obviously wrote it incorrectly. The vets themselves are very nice & easy to work with every time we've been up there. It's the other staff that is the problem. I called up there after my dog's heartworm results came in asking for a prescription to mail off since they refuse to deal with Chewy (which is fine). I was told on three separate occasions that the vet was too busy to write it and to call back a different day. I had extra doses left over from the previous prescription so it was fine but I called up there a fourth time for the staff to tell me all k... read more
