I wish I knew where she went...she was the best.
Alison always mad me feel comfortable. When discussing health matters, she explained things in layman terms. Where did she go?
If I could give Ms Alison no stars I would have given that. Very unprofessional PA. She talks down to you, shows signs of frustration which makes you nervous, and she withholds medication forcing you to come to the office for a visit. I was told by another patient that she deliberately takes a long time because she doesn't like the next patient forcing them wait an extended time. I strongly believe that Ms Alison is in the wrong profession because she has no regard for some of her patients.
ALISON MICHELLE ERVIN! Best PA-C. in the south! I "took her on"...she added me to her roster of patients many years ago & she will be GREATLY MISSED. I drove all the way to Jamestown from another city because she ALWAYS made my day! Never saw a doctor because I didn't need to. I will miss HER greatly!! What a loss for Novant!
