Put simply if you have tried many Franchise Hearing Aid places and not happy, go and see Alison. I was told I needed a Cochlear implant. But Alison helped me straight away with the right Aid.
I have been seeing Alison since August 2022 after not being totally comfortable with one of the franchise hearing companies. It turned out that there were options and other particulars about my present hearing aids that had never been explained to me.
