Receptionist called me at 8pm after I scheduled a new patient visit (she had all day to do this seeing as how I didn’t schedule the appt in the evening) I have 2 kids under 2 including a baby. I was in the middle of putting her to sleep and the receptionist was so rude and when I asked if I could call her back in the morning she told me sure but she’s cancelling my appt and I was floored at her attitude.
