Alison has still not completed her responsibilities for my Trust which has been in process for over 2 years now. I do not recommend hiring her unless you enjoy yelling into the void as she also isn’t an effective communicator. I have seen her soliciting more business while still not completing ours, which is in poor taste. Time is of the essence in Elder Law!
She did my lifetime documents without any issues, so I referred my parents to her. She took their deposit, then no one could get in touch with her. 2 years later, I got a new phone number for her. She assured me that she would get in touch with my parents ASAP. A week later they hadn't heard from her, so I text her again. She blocked my number. Poor business practices. Do not recommend! *Edit - Alison did finally finish my parent's documents, and discounted her services.

Sometimes Alison will get back to you in the same week, and sometimes it will take her upwards of two months to respond to emails.
Alison Hickman has been an amazing help to my family! My veteran father had a stroke and his wife had just passed the month before. Ms.Hickman reacted quickly to help me assist my father and even went a step further to provide me with resources who can assist us with the military aspects of our situation. I am truly grateful for everything she has done.
