Alison is one of the most genuine, kind, thought, and inspiring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have recommended her countless times to anyone who was seeking a therapist. Alison is extremely well organized, prompt, and does a very thorough job of doing everything she can to help you. She not only draw from her theoretical experience, but she is very open in sharing stories about her own life experiences to help you deal with whatever you need to deal with. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Alison was the best therapist I could have asked for. Throughout the course of our sessions she made a profound impact in my life by giving me the opportunity to be listened to, supported and encouraged. Alison is amazing, intelligent, knowledgeable, thinks outside the box and very strategic. When you bring a situation to her she listens to whole story. She will start with a small strategic approach with her past experience/research, will give you homework for the next session and build off it each week. Over the handful of meeting I have had with her we will able to assess my lack of confident/over analyzing and start out small as far as adjustments.
