Well, I have to put a negative review on this one too. We picked up our truck in Flagstaff and that was terrible. Sadly the drop off location is also lacking. We were charged an extra $30 for "not having the truck back full." The truck was at 3/4 when we got it, we did fill it before we brought it back and we explained this to the Cottonwood rep. Her response was a picture of the $15 gas receipt to finish filling the truck and the additional $30 she charged on the bill. She emailed it to us with nothing in the email except t... read more
