My first experience with Alison was over 20 years ago. I had booked for reflexology; but as my nervous system responded to the pressure points, my whole body was shaking and we shifted to a more gentle "energy work" type of session. We did some breathing, visualization, and worked together to let my inner wisdom come forth.
