I had upper eyelid surgery done on March 26 and still in the recovery stage. I was extremely happy with the entire procedure-starting in the front office, assistant Kelly and Dr. Callahan. Kelly was great making me feel comfortable explaining the entire procedure-where I'd be sitting-and the recovery process. Dr. Callahan is a wonderful doctor and I had a great experience with her. I had lower blepharoplasty surgery and I could not be happier. She took the time to go over all of the details and expectations of the surgery and made me feel at ease. She was professional and very thorough and would recommend her to anyone. I feel confident again and absolutely love my results!!
The worse experience I have ever had at the Wellesley Hills location - the front office was beyond helpful & had no clue what I was talking about. I do speak English but they didn't get what I was talking about. The doctor apparently over books & had to wait at least an hour - NOT for me. I do not wait my time is as valuable as hers. My other doctors take me within 15 minutes. NEVER did see the doctor so cant comment on her but I certainly wont be back !!!
After three years of not being able to read for any length of time due to droopy eyelids, I saw Dr Callahan .I can’t thank her enough for giving me back such a precious gift. The procedure and recovery were painless . The entire experience was better than I could have ever anticipated. I am more than thrilled with the results.
