I have two LMT’s right now and both are excellent in their own expertise. Alison is the first to work MFR on me and it is just fabulous. I feel such a great improvement during her work and afterwards. She is making a huge difference in my movement, mood and discomfort in a short time. I highly recommend Alison and will continue my MFR work with her.

I've been receiving massage treatments from Alison for over a year. I have nerve, joint, and muscle issues, some require cortisone shots from my doctor. I decided that I would try regular massages in hopes that it would extend my time between injections. I am happy to say that Alison has helped me achieve this! I have been seeing Allison for a couple years and she is amazing. She is wonderful at customizing your massage to your specific needs. She is very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns to give me the massage I need. She is always checking in on your comfort with pressure and for me I love deep tissue massage and she is the best I have ever had. I see her about every other week and I know I wouldn’t be able to continue my work without her help. She is very professional, top notch.
