If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible communication and service from this office and from Dr. Klein specifically. I scheduled my cat as a new patient for a general exam and a dental exam, as my cat had lost a tooth. I sent all information and records in well ahead of time, as requested, and noted everywhere possible that my cat has a history of aggression at the vet so that they would be prepared. I usually don't like to write reviews, and especially negative ones. We've adopted our cat, just 2 months ago, and Dr. Klein was recommended to us by friends. We loved the office, and the team, and Dr. Klein was pretty gentle and welcoming. We brought our 7 year old cat twice with different issues, one of them was never addressed. She was limping and had a swollen shoulder, and they just ignored our concern, giving her antibiotics and other injections for the other issues. RecommendedMy old man Chico always had a hard time at the vet. At Alisons he was calm and relaxed while receiving kisses and treats during vaccinations. The team is efficient and loving! The manager is really cute :)!
Dr. Klein and the whole team have never been anything but compassionate, thorough and expedient in how they’ve cared for my cats, and my neighbors’ pets, too! We are thankful that they are here, and take such good care of the furry and feathered friends in our little neighborhood.
I love Alison Animal Hospital. They are so good to our dog Lazarus. Lazarus can be reactive with certain other dogs and people, they always help me to keep Lazarus safe as well as others when I go there. They are very responsive to all questions and concerns about Laz. I’ve never had a bad experience there.
