If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible communication and service from this office and from Dr. Klein specifically. I scheduled my cat as a new patient for a general exam and a dental exam, as my cat had lost a tooth. I sent all information and records in well ahead of time, as requested, and noted everywhere possible that my cat has a history of aggression at the vet so that they would be prepared. I usually don't like to write reviews, and especially negative ones. We've adopted our cat, just 2 months ago, and Dr. Klein was recommended to us by friends. We loved the office, and the team, and Dr. Klein was pretty gentle and welcoming. We brought our 7 year old cat twice with different issues, one of them was never addressed. She was limping and had a swollen shoulder, and they just ignored our concern, giving her antibiotics and other injections for the other issues.
