Chris Weaver, Ridgewood or Lyon Ridge has managed the slope below the Cozumel property, and in 2024-2025, they don't want to maintain or water the slope. Consequently, shrubs have overgrown and are now protruding into the Cozumel properties along the fenced edge. Fire hazard? Absolutely! The OC Flex was so helpful for people going to work in the companies located on Aliso Viejo parkway. Now there are no bus service available going on Aliso Viejo parkway where so many companies are located. We the residents of Aliso Viejo pay a lot of city tax. Wish & hope the city would consider a bus service for Aliso Viejo going through the A.V. parkway.
AVCA provides so much for the kids and community in Aliso Viejo. We get to see first hand how hard they work and how dedicated they are. We are super happy to be part of a community association that truly cares.

AVCA us so hard to get a hold of. They are supposed to maintain the slopes behind my house. It's always dirty and not maintained at all. I call all the time to tell rhem.than when there us maintenance going on, they don't proceed to go on the bottom if the slopes to clean. They only clean the sidewalk. Then they tell me I call too much. We'll, do your job. Isn't that why I pay AVCA for. Now fire insurance drop my coverage because of all the dry brush.
