We dropped into the gym and felt very welcomed! The gym was clean and organized with great equipment. Coach and owner Kellie was very friendly and knowledgeable. The members were all kind and welcoming to us and our kiddos. Thanks for having us!

I’ve done CrossFit for years and this gym might be the best I’ve been to. The community, the coaches, and the facility are all amazing. Todd and Kellie have done excellent job at creating a place where people want to go no matter where they’re at in their fitness journey. If you have any inclination, I would definitely pop on by.

An absolute gem of a gym! I had unknowingly dropped into Aliso CrossFit for a hero workout (Hidalgo). The reverence, the kindness, quality coaching, and the overall welcoming warmth was all encompassing. Aliso CrossFit is the real deal. To anyone curious about CrossFit or seeking a new box to drop into, I would highly recommend checking this Box out!
