So helpful, kind and honest! They do a thorough WOF and service at a fantastic price. I also work nearby and they have helped me out with a jump start and other unexpected car problems before and they are always happy to help! The team have always given me exceptional customer service and I would encourage everyone to try Alishas Automotive.
I recently took my car in for a service here, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving, I wasn’t even greeted by one of the older staff members. Instead, he just asked what I wanted, took my keys without discussing the service details, and left me wondering what they’d actually be doing to my car. I assumed the service would take at least a day, so I went home, paying for an Uber, only to get a call an hour later saying my car was ready.
