The don’t have professional equipment. Just disappointing
MY RATING: NEGATIVE I wanted to give a negative review for the following reason: Today my wife booked an appointment and 4:30 PM was confirmed. However, they made my wife and daughter wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes just for my daughter’s haircut. This was extremely disappointing and completely ruined our dinner plans tonight. Very poor service and no sense of time. We felt very bad about their timing and professionalism.
Honestly, I am very annoyed, I have been visiting 2 days simultaneously because of the long wait time. There is just one person, how does that make sense? I don’t think I will be coming here from next time.
Once I came at opening time for a walk-in service and it took them a half hour to open the store and get me in for services and they asked me to book an appointment. Then I came in another time and asked for services and they said they were busy and to book an appointment for later that day…I booked the appointment for later that day and I get a call saying that they are too busy and to come later. They do not honour appointments or walk-in appointments…
I have been going here for years. Excellent service very knowledgeable staff. Suman really knows a lot about hair service and product knowledge.Their facial is very good and eyebrow threading is super good. Keep up the good work ladies 👍
