Dr Liggett was patient, kind and thorough. The entire Optum team was incredible. I got bloodwork and an XRay done before I left without any wait time. Well run, kind staffed clinic.
I was 6 minutes late for my appointment due to the Taconic being closed down to one lane. I came to reception apologized and told them why I was late. The office was pretty empty. They said it wasn't a problem and began checking me in. With the exception of the receptionist, no one seemed very friendly.
