My experience with Dr. Alicia Liggett is as follows. I was a new patient to her as of last year because my old doctor left the group. My first experience with her was a physical where she comes in rolling with that computer like it's her patient and she had very little eye contact with me while I was sitting there. Dr Liggett was patient, kind and thorough. The entire Optum team was incredible. I got bloodwork and an XRay done before I left without any wait time. Well run, kind staffed clinic.

I was 6 minutes late for my appointment due to the Taconic being closed down to one lane. I came to reception apologized and told them why I was late. The office was pretty empty. They said it wasn't a problem and began checking me in. With the exception of the receptionist, no one seemed very friendly. Several nurses walked around with frowns on their faces and did not return my smile. I was a new patient, so the receptionist then started giving me other paperwork to complete.
