Update: Office staff had lied to me about talking with their manager, put me on hold without telling me and had me pay for a cancellation fee which I cancelled 4 days in advance. When I got to talk to the manager, she was supposed to refund, but I never got it. Office staff called husband and I after their work hours to confirm appointments, when we missed the call and immediately called back, it sent us to a machine where you are unable to leave messages for anyone. Had my very first appointment with Dr. Conway and I was very impressed with her bedside manner, she was very easy to talk to and listened to all of my questions and concerns did not try to rush me, to get to the next patient. She is exactly what I've been searching for in a medical professional, keep up the excellent work Dr. Conway
Seeing Dr. Conway for a year or more since my primary Dr left Methodist. Very professional manner. She is a great listener and focused. Consistently correct diagnosis is the outcome everytime..Her nurse is on point..Balance of staff Is polite and thorough despite being very, very busy (they get bad rap which is unfounded) Methodist portal records glitches are not a staff issue.
