I called and rescheduled my appointment because I can’t miss work. Talked to someone last week and it was fine. They only have morning appointments for ultra sounds but they decided I didn’t show even though I rescheduled. They only go off of their records of phone calls, I called 3x on the morning of 04/22 and still got charged for a “no show”. Dr. Ward is by far one of the best physicians around. I have been a patient of hers for as long as I can remember (since 2009) and she has been nothing but sweet, kind and most importantly a compassionate physician. Her bedside manner is amazing, she is gracious and takes her time explaining things to you. I live a bit of ways from her current office but I don't mind driving to see her as her care is top notch. Keep up the great work Dr. Ward and team!
I absolutely ADORE Dr.Ward. She's taken care of my mother and I throughout the years, and is incredibly patient and kind with her patience and answering questions. I recently got tubal litigation under her care to prevent ovarian cancer (it runs in my family and is known to grow quick and aggressivly) and because of that she was able to identify that I've got Stage 1 Endometriosis. Dr. Ward is truly THE BESSSTTTT!!! I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t trust doctors and she’s been incredible. Very knowledgeable, comforting and she LISTENS to women. I was able to get my tubal without her questioning about ‘wait til you meet the right man, BS’ that most do in the south and deny it.
