I requested a burgundy hair color and was left with two visibly different orange tones. When I asked for a correction, I was told it would cost extra and my follow-up appointment was canceled. I requested a partial refund and did not receive a response.

Straight up stood me up, cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before with an unanswered phone and full mailbox. I was already in the parking lot after driving for an hour to get there. Only chance I had to get cut for another month, super disappointed. ...had I have done this, I would have been charged $50.

I have always had a hard time trying to find someone that could help me with my unmanageable hair for the last couple of years. I had a bad fall out about 4 years ago due to stress and depression.
