Unfortunately the hours of service aren't very convenient. I'm a patient and called earlier for an antiviral prescription due to testing positive with covid. I was told the doctor is busy and to try to call multiple other locations to find another doctor to prescribe the meds. I would like to know what person who's suffering in bed with a fever has the energy to hunt down a doctor to call in meds for them. I will be looking for a new PCP immediately. She canceled my appointment 4 times. I've never seen this lack of professionalism and this level of carelessness from a doctor. I'm extremelely disappointed.
I’ve always had a doctor or even anyone at the office that took at least a minute to call me if something was off and what to do. Instead, I was told to make an appointment for what to do. Even my dermatologist was surprised I did not receive a call about my levels or any kind of follow up or discussion on a plan or a second test to see if my levels improved. I came in for a physical along with a blood test. When I came in, the doctor was really kind and the individual who took my blood was as well. The doctor let me know they will call me in the case any of the blood tests were off. Once the tests came in on a portal, I did not receive a call just a message on the portal informing me of levels that were off. The message gave me a suggestion of what to do.
