I’d been given the run around about modifying a rug by other carpet companies in Naples and Ali’s place took care of my project with a smile and quick turnaround time. Would highly recommend!
I would just like to say Ali's Oriental Rugs is an excellent company, I sent my oriental rugs to be cleaned and they are in perfect condition, I would highly recommend Ali's. The owner Carlos is very kind and knowledgeable.
We initially contacted Ali’s Oriental Rugs for repair of our oriental rugs and found a treasure. Carlos and his team are going extremely responsive, personable and most of all do excellent work. We recently had an emergency call after a pet accident and they did a great job getting the stain out. Of course, they also have beautiful rugs!
