Ali was super helpful and didn’t upsell me at all. I could’ve paid upwards of a grand and had my car in the shop for a week, but instead he recommended I buy a cheap product to resolve the issue instead. Ali didn’t even charge me for his time. He’s an honest man and I would definitely recommend him to others.
Never ever go to this place! Extremely rude, with zero sense of customer service. I parked outside but the boss kind of ordered me to moved my car into their driveway, which was pointless since he only looked at the door without even opening it up. Right away he told me I needed to buy a part and replace it—for over $200—without properly checking anything.
