Horrible service.. barbers were very rude to me. I walked in and they told me to come back at 2pm thinking I'll sit by then. I still had to wait around until almost 3pm to get a haircut. Worst of it all, 30 mins of that was just the barbers sitting down and eating shawarmas and talking like they don't have work.. Ali mainly runs the show there and he shows absolutely no ounce of customer service... I was talking to someone who was also waiting and they said it's been like this more often recently.. This used to be a 5 star review but dropped it down to 2. They get an extra star for good haircuts but lose 3 for the horrible service. For the past 2 years Ali has gotten ridiculously ruder, doesn't follow his appointments and plays favorites. Stopped coming here and never been happier. It's a cmshame because he's a good barber, just very rude and unprofessional
Man the young dude that works there I think it’s Ali’s brother, is TERRIBLE and completely disrespectful. I feel bad for leaving a terrible review because Ali seems like a very nice person but his brother is really just an awful person. His haircuts are HORRIBLE and he acts wayyy too cocky for the garbage haircuts he gives. He’s going to drag Ali out of business I can promise you that. I’ve never in my life seen just a horrible human being.
