It was fine. People are nice
Staff is so friendly, for my first time being there I felt very comfortable and appreciated by everyone there. Once you step in the building you can feel the sense of community. I would most definitely go again!
Paid $36 for a pedicure today, my elderly mother was left to sit non -circulating warm/soon tepid water for 15 minutes while the employer disappeared into a bathroom. The employe never introduced herself to us, never made eye contact with us, never explained what she was doing/ going to do, and never responded to a single conversational question asked (we gave up after five. Went in today for a pedicure. Everyone was amazing and kind. Alyssa did such a good job.
