My jawbone up3 band broke 3 months ago and its still under warranty But I guess there customer service and support department no longer exsits I have sent 30 emails and there phone number is garbage WORSE COMPANY EVER . made it easy for me to go by a fitbit
I have a jawbone 2 that has repeatedly broken due to the faulty clasp that everyone is talking about. They just told me they would give me 25% off towards a new one! Really!! they think i would buy another? do people really do that? Awful customer service for an item that has such an easy to spot design flaw... on to yelp
