I’ve been a member at Alio Fitness Club since May 2025, and I joined based on a recommendation — I’m so glad I did. I’ve taken the group classes and done 1:1 personal training, and both have been such a great experience. The meal prep service is actually really good and super convenient, especially when life gets busy. The gym is always clean and welcoming, and the atmosphere is different from most places. I absolutely love training with Danny at Alio Fitness Club. This gym is such a rare find, truly a hidden gem! The atmosphere is unlike any other gym I have ever experienced. The windows are blacked out so it is dark inside, the music is dynamic and energizing, and the space, equipment and machines are always extremely clean. Just got off the phone with my doctor regarding lab results. My testosterone is now up to 875 naturally at 71 years of age. It’s always been over 700, but this year of self care is really paying off. All other markers are improved, as well. I know these last few months at ALIO, with your meal prep service, and being consistent in my ALIO group training has made a huge difference. Also, a special shoutout to Danny for making adjustments that kept me training, while I nursed a minor knee injury! Thanks bro!
